If you have a problem with your order, please notify us immediately, upon receipt of goods. All requests for DOA products returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. All requests for products returns for refund must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods and must be return within 15 days.

Please Note: If unit has been used or installed it can no longer be returned for a refund.

After 30 days from receipt of goods your purchase is covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty only.

You may file a warranty claim directly with the MobileVideoZone for product replacement or repair under the terms & conditions of the stated policy for that particular item. Please retain “Proof of Purchase” documentation from MobileVideoZone.com for your personal records in the event you need it to file a warranty claim in the future. Proof of Purchase can be your credit card statement or the electronic invoice we send to your e-mail address upon order confirmation. As stated above, your purchase is covered under the applicable Guaranty or Warranty Policies as issued by the respective Manufacturer as available to the general public. No other Guaranty or Warranties are expressed or implied by MobileVideoZone.com. All products must be return for exchange in original packaging, with all original parts & accessories as was received as new, all exchange claims without original packaging or missing accessories or physical damaged product will be denied and send back, there are no acceptions!

Due to the vast array of products offered on our network of web sites, some manufacturers may have different Warranty Policies or Procedures and/or Terms & Conditions for different parts or items within their product line. If not clearly stated on the web site, or if you have any questions about the item’s warranty, please call or e-mail our Customer Service Department for clarification. We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Important Note: Some electrical items, such as but not limited to, Mobile Video Components, may be easily damaged or destroyed due to improper installation. All non-returnable items will be noted accordingly on our web sitr(s) or on the Online Order Form, so you will know before you purchase them that they are non-returnable items.

If you receive an incorrect part or item due to our error and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service Department for an RMA Number and specific return instructions. 

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason you have  15 days from the day of purchase to return it. Product must be new, not used or installed, with all original packaging. Please fill out our RMA Form for an RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and specific instructions. All return items for refund will be assessed with a 15% restocking fee. All original shipping & handling fees are not refundable. All items must be re-salable and in new/unused condition and in the original packaging, as received by you. You are responsible for all shipping costs & insurance.

ANY item returned to us without an RMA number simply cannot be identified, logged, or tracked. This will result in an undue delay of credit being issued or in credit denial.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please call our Customer Service Department immediately! Failure to do so may result in penalties as noted below. Please call us at 216.378.0547. Order Cancellation Fee and Shipping Charge Liability Notice

In the event you cancel an order after your credit card transaction has been successfully processed but before the merchandise has been shipped, you may be charged a 5% processing fee. This covers the transactional expenses incurred to debit and credit your account.

In the event you cancel an order after yourcredit card transaction has been successfully processed and after the merchandise has been shipped, you will be charged a 5% processing fee and you are also liable for all shipping charges incurred in the transaction even if you do not accept delivery of the merchandise. This liability includes the outbound S&H charge on your original order and all other costs we may incur to have the item(s) returned to our location or point of origin.

Other Terms & Conditions

All items shipped back to MobileVideoZone should be returned via UPS, Fed Ex or other method by which you can verify proof of delivery. This is for your protection in the unlikely event that your return is lost in transit. If we do not receive your return we can not credit your account.


No items containing gasoline, oil, or other flammable and/or hazardous materials will be accepted for return. No exceptions.
